How many people can play an escape?
You can play with anywhere between 2 and 5 people. The more people you have, the more brains to solve the puzzles!

What is the age restriction for playing the game?
The only requirement concerning our age policy is that at least one team member should be 16 years or over.

How do I book an escape?
You can book an escape room using our online booking platform on the website, or by buying a voucher which can be given to friends or family.

What do I need to bring with me?
Just yourselves! Our team have everything you need here to ensure you have an amazing experience from start to finish.

Can I play a game more than once?
Of course you can! However, to get the full experience we recommend that you try the other rooms before moving back to one you’ve already played.

What if I get stuck on a puzzle?
Our operators are constantly watching and will help you if you get stuck by giving you gentle hints and tips.

Will I be playing with other groups?
No, we do not mix groups at Mazer Zone. If you book for 2 players, it will just be the 2 of you.
